Welcome to Evonkart Enterprise. This is a business-to-business (wholesale) website operated by Evonkart Enterprise. By registering or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

  • Only GST-registered businesses can buy. You must register with a valid GSTIN and accurate business details. We verify the GSTIN and may approve, reject or block an account at our discretion, for example if details are false.
  • Goods are sold for resale or business use, not for personal consumption.
  • Keep your login confidential; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Delivery area

We deliver only to pincodes inside our current delivery areas in Surat (see the delivery policy). Orders for other locations cannot be placed.

Prices and orders

  • Prices are wholesale prices per piece in Indian Rupees; GST is included in the price shown and shown separately on the invoice.
  • The minimum order value is ₹1,000. There is no minimum quantity.
  • All orders are prepaid. An order is confirmed only after successful online payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways whose terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Stock shown is indicative. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid in full.

Cancellation, delivery check and no returns

  • An order can be cancelled only within 60 minutes of placing it and before it is out for delivery.
  • The buyer must check quantity and condition of the goods on delivery, in front of the delivery person. After delivery and once the delivery person has left, no damage, shortage, return, replacement or refund claim is accepted.

Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Evonkart Enterprise or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat. Please contact us first - most issues are resolved quickly.
