Cancellation & no-return policy

These are wholesale (business) sales. Please read this policy before you order.

Cancel your order - within 60 minutes only

  • You can cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it, from My account or the order page, as long as it has not gone out for delivery.
  • If you paid, the full amount is refunded to the same payment source (usually within 5-7 working days).
  • After 60 minutes, or once the order is out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

Check your goods when they are delivered

  • When our delivery person hands over the goods, check the quantity and condition immediately, in front of him, before he leaves.
  • If something is wrong, tell the delivery person at that moment and call our sales team right away, before he leaves.

After delivery - no return, refund or replacement

Once the order is delivered and the delivery person has left your place, we do not accept any claim for damage, shortage, wrong item, return, replacement or refund. Goods are not returnable for change of mind either.

If we cannot supply your order

If an item you paid for is not available, we cancel that order and refund the full amount to the same source.

Failed payment

If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, it is refunded automatically to the same source.
