Frequently asked questions

Who can order and how do I pay?

Only GST-registered businesses. All orders are prepaid - pay online by UPI, card or netbanking. Delivery is free at your doorstep in Surat.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed after payment and delivered by our own team, usually within 1-2 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 60 minutes of placing it (and before it goes out for delivery). After that the order cannot be cancelled.

Can I return, replace or get a refund after delivery?

No. Please check the quantity and condition of the goods in front of the delivery person before he leaves. Once delivered and the delivery person has left, no damage, shortage, return, replacement or refund claim is accepted.

Do you deliver outside Surat?

No. We deliver only inside our enabled Surat areas. If your pincode is outside them, no order is placed and nothing is charged.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order value is ₹1,000. There is no minimum quantity - you can order from one piece.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. Payments are processed on the secure pages of our payment partners - we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or netbanking details.
